Home Watch Standard Features:

With more than 33 years of experience in property management and construction, Bruce Feigenbaum is a seasoned professional trusted by discerning homeowners throughout South Florida.
Bruce’s hands-on experience includes real-estate, construction, project and property management across residential, retail and commercial properties.
Under Bruce’s leadership, Palm Beach Estate Management has a mission to provide discerning home-owners with property management and concierge services that meet the highest standards of service, professionalism and excellence.
Colonel Dane S.Harden
United States Army (Retired) served in our Armed Forces for Thirty-Five years. A Senior Flight Surgeon with Combat experiences from Bosnia, Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan. Colonel Harden successfully completed one hundred and six combat trauma medical evacuations and also dozens of search and rescue missions–including operations during Hurricane Katrina. He is also a martial artist holding multiple Black Belts and is a Member of the Martial Arts Masters Hall of Fame. Married to Dr. Sherry Harden for thirty-one years–they have one son Joshua and live Virginia.
Doug Mueller
Mr. Mueller is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Black Sail, LLC; a commercial real estate firm designed to provide a more efficient way for professional investors, such as private equity firms and real estate investment managers on Wall Street etc., to locate, underwrite and invest their capital more effectively in smaller regional markets. Mr. Mueller has been in executive leadership roles for the past 30 years, including 10 years with the United States Navy, Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) and 20 years in the real estate industry. He resides in Tampa, Florida.
Travis J. Martz
Travis Martz’s legal practice focuses on real estate and business transactions. His clientele includes nationally recognized real estate brokerages, luxury auction houses, mortgage lenders, and real estate investment trusts. Travis Martz is also the managing partner of a real estate settlement company (Title Nation) that handles multi-million dollar property transfers on behalf of buyers and sellers.

"Bruce and his team over at Palm Beach Estate Management are excellent and get the job done. There is never a single thing I've asked him to do that he didn't come through on. We rent out our home through AirB-n-B when we were not using it, and he takes care of our renters as well. When we would come into town, I would place an order at Publix. Bruce's team will pick it up and put the groceries away for us, and chilled the beverages in the refrigerator.
Hurricanes - I never even had to think about it because Bruce was on top of it before I ever called him. Typically, I would get a call from Bruce saying one of two things: 1) We're shuttering up your house tomorrow, or 2) it doesn't look so bad, but we're ready to put the shutters up if we need to. I'm going to go ahead and move stuff off the patio and put it inside the house just in case.
If Bruce or his team can't do something, he knows someone who will. He even had our grass cut when the lawn company didn't show up.

“Bruce has been my property manager for several years, and he has been an indispensable asset to me. Bruce also checks on my house several times a week. He is totally honest and trustworthy.
One night, one of my shower valves was spurting water, and he came right over to fix it himself. Unfortunately, by the time I would have gotten a plumber, my house would have been flooded.
He can fix a lot of stuff, and what he can't improve, he has cost-effective contractors to do the job.
He sends my mail to my CT home once a week, checks my cars, emails me a weekly checklist with photos, etc. He also does airport runs for me. Bruce just picked up one of my friends at St Andrews, and they are thrilled with him.

Bruce has been our property manager the entire time. We like the fact that he's not part of a larger company. He's always available by cell or text and has a list of contractors and vendors he works with that have handled all our needs.
