“Bruce and his team over at Palm Beach Estate Management are excellent and get the job done. There is never a single thing I've asked him to do that he didn't come through on. We rent out our home through AirB-n-B when we were not using it, and he takes care of our renters as well. When we would come into town, I would place an order at Publix. Bruce's team will pick it up and put the groceries away for us, and chilled the beverages in the refrigerator.

Hurricanes - I never even had to think about it because Bruce was on top of it before I ever called him. Typically, I would get a call from Bruce saying one of two things: 1) We're shuttering up your house tomorrow, or 2) it doesn't look so bad, but we're ready to put the shutters up if we need to. I'm going to go ahead and move stuff off the patio and put it inside the house just in case.

If Bruce or his team can't do something, he knows someone who will. He even had our grass cut when the lawn company didn't show up.

I can't say enough good things about him. Here's the difference between Bruce and everyone else, Bruce will actually care about you, not just your property.”

One night, one of my shower valves was spurting water, and he came right over to fix it himself. Unfortunately, by the time I would have gotten a plumber, my house would have been flooded.
 

He can fix a lot of stuff, and what he can't improve, he has cost-effective contractors to do the job.
 

He sends my mail to my CT home once a week, checks my cars, emails me a weekly checklist with photos, etc. He also does airport runs for me. Bruce just picked up one of my friends at St Andrews, and they are thrilled with him."
