EXTERIOR INSPECTION
Here are just a few benefits we provide with each home inspection:
- Walk the property and check the overall security of the home
- Perform visual inspection-report any obvious landscape concerns
- Visually inspect exterior walls and roof (from the ground)
- Visually check pool, spa and lanai areas
- Visually inspect for signs of storm damage or water intrusion
- Check and bring in any mail or packages, remove newspapers and solicitations.
INTERIOR INSPECTION
These are just some things we look for during our interior visit:
- Check for water leaks in the under kitchen cabinets and bathrooms vanities
- Inspect all ceilings, windows & doors for signs of water damage
- Check all doors, windows for leaks or security breaches
- Check breaker panel for tripped breakers
- Check refrigerator and freezer for proper operation
- Visually inspect hot water heater/check temperature
- Look for signs of pest or rodent problems
- Check security system & arm security system upon departure
